This music video for Is It a Heartbreak by Dela Savelli is based on a visual rupture concept: a long, static shot to a fast and fragmented montage.
This binary structure reflects the tension in the track between control and release. The diversity of visual textures is achieved through the use of multiple types of cameras.
I was responsible for the directing and artistic direction, working closely with Dela on the writing to formalize the emotional dynamics of the piece.
